The breakfast room is managed very well. Constant refill and cleaning. Very well done. However, there were no bananas.

There was a small cockroach on bedside table and another on TV. Made us a bit worried.

Die Betten waren bequem

Das Best Western ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man leider an jeder Ecke. Der Wasserhahn der Dusche tropfte die Ganze Nacht lang. Die Möbel, samt Teppich etc. Weisen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren auf. Das EC-Gerät zum hinterlegen der Sicherheitskaution war defekt, sodass ich noch zu einem Geldautomaten geschickt wurde, um Bargeld abzuholen. Eine Erstattung der dafür anfallenden Gebühren gab es natürlich nicht
