Morning , I always use this location . I was so disappointed with the customer service The person at the desk could not be bothered with telling me anything. I got to my room called the front desk asking for a wake up call never happened this is a location which is great for me . After this experience I am so disappointed with the hotel.

The room was good but there was no hot water on arrival and all night till early morning. The pool was disgusting and I found bolts in the bottom of the pool the pool rails were Shakey and I was very disappointed when I fell off the ladder because there was a step missing. This place has potential to bad they don't take care of it right. The front desk women was kind and very nice but these things are a bad maintenance nightmare. I will never come back. I usually give good raring but I left there with a stranged ankle and a cold shower 🚿 yuck 🤮

Fix the pool it was disgusting and no hot water when I arrived u need to do better period
