Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites North Conway, an IHG Hotel

Nice, reasonably priced place. Stayed there one weekend while coaching some races at Attitash, and liked it enough to stay there again for races the following weekend. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the guy in charge of the nice free breakfasts (with a really cool pancake making machine) was awesome!!

Only first day, but no complaints

Breakfast was excellent. Leslie, the person working in the room, was helpful and very nice. Food was very good. The bedroom was spacious and beds comfortable. The rooms needed some TLC, but overall, nice.

Shower head did not work well and the heating units was not functioning like it should.

The staff working the table when I came in was very rude and very unhelpful place is very dirty not sure if work is being done or what not but I do not recommend this hotel spend a couple more dollars and bring your family somewhere worth it 0-10 recommend

I was little taken back when I did not get new towels and there is no blow dryer in room. They did not deliver towels because they said my do not disturb was on door. I never put it out on door. It was always in my room.

My stay was bad the second day I Resquet for a room service there was only 1 staff she told me she was going to do it because I was already heading out came back nothing was done,on the website there a laundry it was not working at all the dryer was broken but my stay was not bad the cooked was a nice individual and the older staff to the front was nice

Property is a great. Even thought they are going through a pretty extensive renovation they are paying attention to not interrupt the guest experience. Nice pool and hot tub and breakfast.
