I liked being greeted in,by friendly staff when arrived. THE hospitality really hit home for me .

The only thing I didn't like was the men doing renovations in the hotel didn't clean up after there selfs.Example walking down one hallway ,and there are broken pieces of dried up wall on the floor.

I am so disappointed the hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned anywhere. We stayed on the third floor which there was dust everywhere which i am highly allergic to. The air conditioning was not working which it was super hot o. the third floor. I went to use the phone to call front desk which didn’t work there wasn’t even a cord attached. Then i used my phone to call the front desk I called for over an hour and no one answered. There were no light bulbs in the light in my room and it smelt like gas on the first floor as well. I asked to speak to a manager twice and still a day and 1/2 later have not heard from anyone I will be calling corporate on Tuesday. My sister stayed on the first floor and there was moldy food in her refrigerator along with other things wrong as well.

Everyone was super nice but there was mold in the room and hair was found in the shower. On our last night we found a bug on the bed.

This hotel is in need of some repairs and just general work. When we got to the lobby, there is working being done. We checked in and arrived at our room, we found out room to be one door away from what we are told is just a paint job - but it looks worse. It was dusty and terrible. Our door was open and the toilet didn’t work. I called down to get a new room and we were moved a door down - directly next to the work being done. The inside was fine - although the tub needed a replacement. The pool was gross - lots of balls of hair and needed a cleaning. The only good thing was the man in charge of the breakfast. He is delightful! Pics are of what we saw from our hallway door.

Great girls get away! Clean room, decent pool and hot tub clean!
