Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites North Conway, an IHG Hotel

Read the comments regarding their big renovation. Mold on the ceilings, getting locked out of room requiring the staff to reprogram Our keys 6 times in 3 days! Free Breakfast was great, staff were kind and friendly! Pool was great for the grandkids! Downside construction staff sitting near the entrance doors smoking and swearing! Over all stay OK! IHG didn’t plan very well consider the occupancy was high because July is a big vacation week! I checked the IHG WEBSITE and they had no vacancies at this Holiday inn! I had to book at EXPEDIA.com

Breakfast was great!!

There were no toiletries in our bathroom and I had to ask for a blow dryer. And our floor was under remodeling

Location, comfort of beds, spacious room.

It’s being renovated, so it doesn’t look the cleanest in the hallways. Would have been nice if it was advertised so we could at least expect it.

We liked the convenient location to North Conway and Storyland, which was the reason for our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was lack of quiet. We were on the first floor and could hear lots of running and footsteps above us. Also, the breakfast area is small for the number of guests. We got there at opening, so we were fine, but many guests were waiting for a table to open up.

The beakfast was very good.. The chef was exceptional very pleasant person

We booked a room with a King bed, but our room had two queen beds? Not use to that size bed, and it wasn't comfortable ended up with a back ache? The pool ran short of towels, not enough staff on hand to replenish went back up to room to use those towels? The towels that were brought back to pool were bath mat towels as we were told they were out of full size towels?

Location, room was nice and breakfast was good

Felt a little run down partly because they are working on renovations

Beds were fine

The property was undergoing considerable renovations of the 3rd floor, the whole hotel is in need of renovation. rooms are tired and jaded. The bathrooms weren't particularly clean. the bath in one of our two rooms was full of hair. Both extractor fans were covered in dust and hair, air conditioning was noisy and cumbersome to work!

Terrible experience

The hotel was dirty. The corners of the bathroom floor were full of mold and dirt. There is mold on the ceiling in the room and in the halls. I had to chase down staff to get clean towels and toilet paper because housekeeping doesn't come in daily.

Quiet and staff were friendly. The staff member who takes care of cleaning the breakfast area was great! And his attention to cleanliness was outstanding. Too bad the rest of the facility is not held to that standard.

The room was NOT clean. There were kids hand prints all over the mirrors when we arrived. The pillow was stained and bathroom was not clean either. The room key wouldn’t work several times so we had to walk back and forth to the front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room some days and I had to ask for more towels every day. We had 4 people in our room and they only put 3 towels in the room every time. The carpet in the room was really old and seemed almost sticky. The breakfast that was included was awful and some of the key items were not available.
