Ramada Limited - Columbia

This location has been my Go-to Hotel every time I have traveled to Columbia for the last 10 years. If I am not mistaken, it is family run, and the Service has always been exceptional. My rooms have always been extremely clean and well attended to. I love that I have always been located on the first floor, with just a short walk to the front desk. As a woman traveling alone, this gives me an added feeling of security. There is an abundance of restaurants located nearby that you can either walk to or have food delivered. Prices range from Fast Food to Medium.

There is currently construction happening just off the access road, so you have to detour down a side street. Not a major deal, but it does change the walkability of the location. You can still walk to the Broad River area to access food, stores and buses to many areas if you are not driving, but the walk is longer and part of it is slightly uphill. Also, there was no obvious signage indicating how to access the pool or the hours for the pool, so although I did want to sit by the pool, I never did. This may also be why I never saw anyone in the pool area during my stay, although it looked very clean and well maintained (although small)

Rooms Clean, Bed comfortable, Breakfast served everyday did not force you out when it closed. shower was good. all i did was sleep there at night served my purpose

It's an older property but is well maintained. The room was clean and decently furnished.
