The staff was great. The room was nice. We had to be at the hospital early in the morning and they gave me the option to come back after my sister was in surgery and have breakfast or call on the phone to check out if I couldnโ€™t make it back before checkout. That was greatly appreciated. We got a little welcome bag when we arrived, and they stuck an extra bottle of water in it because there were two of us.

The mattresses were not very comfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and my sister woke up with a sore back. Other than that, I liked everything about the hotel.
