Overall a good value.

Nice

Was very clean, employees very friendly! A little confusing to get there with multiple properties tucked away in a corner on a random side street, but overall very nice place! Very quiet even though next to highway. Felt safe to go outside and smoke after midnight as 2 females alone.Room had a bit of musty smell that was a little bothersome but not a deal breaker. Pool was clean, nice that there was nobody else using it at the time since it was a Sunday night/Monday morning. Breakfast could’ve ended just a half hour later, people like to get a little extra sleep while on vacation! And they started shutting down breakfast earlier than time posted. Was not the location I thought I had booked for but would definitely stay here again, even being a little further out from downtown Detroit, price and cleanliness was worth the extra drive to our show!!!

Everything from front desk and the rest of the staff. Top notch.. will DEFINITELY be my place to stay when coming to Detroit!!

Easy on and off the interstate.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pool. It was a little too cold for me, but great that it was indoors since it was raining like crazy outside. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay was comfortable and just what we needed. Breakfast was always enjoyable with a staff person who kept everything filled and clean and always greets everyone with a cheerful good morning! Both week and weekend persons should be commended for their superior service!

The breakfast had a wide variety and was fresh and good. The pool also was indoor and clean.

They put an unnecessary hold of $105.42 on my card and won’t release it. When I asked them at the front desk why they held that much they told me it is standard to charge $50 per night for security deposit but that’s not what the online policy says. I spoke with Marriott and they said they should’ve only held $60 at the most. That the policy is they only hold $100 if I’m paying cash and they wouldn’t let me pay cash. They only took card. It’s been 2 weeks and they still won’t give me the money back. Marriott had to file a case and are doing an investigation because what I was told the day of check in is completely false. They should’ve only charged me $354.58 and put a hold of $50 additional bringing the total to $404.58 but they put a hold for $460 and they didn’t have a record down. Something isn’t adding up and that’s what they said when I had to call corporate and report this. I now have to wait 30 days if it isn’t resolved. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was slightly elevated in comparison to what we typically get at a similarly priced hotel. The toppings for the oatmeal, crustless quiche, and coffee were all very good and more than made up for the lack of fresh waffles from the iron.
