Executive Inn

I was refused a room because I'm in a wheelchair. Their AD says disabled with wheelchairs or not fully welcome.

Street noise and conflict(s) in adjoining room. It was suggested by the Scotia Comfort Inn that a room would be available there. They are a two-headed monster.

Very rude and sat they clean the roon for 4 hrs and the sink was leaking and the shower was spraying water

The individual checking me in was super polite and friendly

Neighborhood a bit iffy. Run down with very rough sidewalks. Good pizza place nearby, though.

Everything!!! This property should not be allowed to be apart of any national booking agency. Skid row is better than this. This hotel was filled with drugs and prostitution. It is for people who are down on their luck, not a vacation traveler. I should be refunded for this stay.

We did NOT stay here! Called the hotel to cancel and was told to contact booking agent. Called them and was on hold for much too long…The hotel called me back to see if I was coming or not and I told them AGAIN we could not come. They said can’t help us, call agent and gave no contact information. This is NOT a good partner who cares about you or your clientele!
