Older budget motel. Stained sheets, poorly supplied and maintained. Ended up leaving without staying. Mid-scale chain hotels within walking distance and closer to Proctors. Spend the extra cash.

"Not ideal"

Tried to get a wake up call, but the guy answering the phone insisted I was in one room when I told him I was in another. As a result did not get a call. The lamps in the room did not work. Had to walk in the rain because a side entrance was blocked.
