My stay was beautiful and the only thing the room was a little cold i turned on the heat and it set one way it cold and wasn’t comfortable to sleep or shower

"what did I do? big mistake"

As I was approaching my location i could tell I made a mistake booking this place. It was in a run down slum area of town. I did not even get out of my car, Ijust turned around and left. The actual property the building was on was also very uninviting.

"I did not take pics. My companion was grossed out with other occupants sitting on the step."

The hotel is old and unkept. The office windows are dirty. The room is old, beds are uncomfortable. A few small and poor quality towels. It was my worst experience

It cost more than when I reserved it. I choose that hotel because I went for emergency and was looking to stay close to where I had to go. I was embarrassed when I arrived with my companion.

I was severely bites by fleas all over my face and body. DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is rude and unpleasant. No toilet paper in room, then they get upset and question what happened to the initial roll.Just FILTHY. I'm Defilooking into suing

"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!"

NOTHING!! I walked out upon arrival! You should be ASHAMED of offering this fleabag crack den on Booking.com! NOT SAFE. NOT CLEAN. STAY AWAY. When the Lyft driver picked me up (5 mins after seeing my room) he said to me “What are you doing here? This place is bad news.” Upon dropping me off at the DOUBLETREE he said “This is the place for you!” STAY AWAY!!!’

EVERYTHING! Awful! I walked in and walked out! I requested a REFUND and booking.com and they refused! SHAME ON YOU!
