Comfortable clean and great location

This hotel looks way better online than it is in person. They have made an effort to upgrade the property. The furniture looks new, bathrooms look newer however the mattresses are terrible. The paint color is darkish yellow making the room feel like you’re inside of smokers paradise. The carpet is brown, and hard to tell if it’s clean. The third room we got was finally acceptable however it still had a food smell. The first two rooms were disgusting. The first room smelled like mildew or mold and the second room had a very strong food odor, overwhelming! My daughter immediately said oh my gosh mom it stinks in here. Something bit me while I tried to sleep, still itching a week later. We would never stay here again. I should’ve taken a hint from the security guard posted inside the front door (that was a bit difficult to locate). I immediately wondered if we were in a safe place and then laid awake most of the night evaluating my choice. Had it not been after 8 PM when we arrived we would’ve definitely looked for another location to stay.

Conveniently located to major thoroughfares and commercial areas and restaurants. Quiet and clean, but a bit dated. Breakfast choices and quality could use improvement.

Nice place to have a quick stay with the family.

The property was in a safe and quiet location

Hotels are in a safe area, right next to a mall. Parking isn't for bigger vehicles, but there are plenty of spots. It's gated. The rooms are decent. Bedding can be better. I would stay again.

Great stay and location

Perfectly fine for a couple of days only issue was the bathroom shower was only hot for one shower and drained really slow

My room was not clean. They allow pets but I'm allergic to cats and dogs and i was itchy the whole time. I took benadryl , cleaned the shower myself so i could take a quick shower and rinse off and because of the crowdstrike incident they wrote down everyone's information and got me confused with someone else and are trying to charge me for someone elses $$$EXPENSIVE ROOM
