Springhill Suites By Marriott Pinehurst Southern Pines

It was currently having the lobby and front desk remodel so it was a bit out of sorts. Everyone was still very pleasant and helpful.

Staff was pleasant and helpful upon check in.

Excellent experience- clean room, good breakfast

Devona Roundtree was exceptional! Greeted me every time she saw me, saved me a delicious chocolate chip cookie every afternoon, yummy, and helped me with anything I needed.

The breakfast are was not very clean and had ver limited options. The coffee was weak every morning and almost always out of cream. We were there 8 nights and our room was only cleaned once. It seemed to take the cleaning staff all day to clean rooms. We had to gather our own trash and get our own towels. We also had to switch rooms half way through our stay because the AC quit working; however it felt like it took a fight to get them to switch us to a new room when our thermostat showed it was 78 degrees in our room. The property is in a great location if you are golfing at Pinehurst.
