Beds could have been more comfortable

Breakfast options were decent. Location was close to highway access for easy travel around the area.

Bed was not as comfortable as other hotels. Sign out at the street was not very big so not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Vestal many times during my week-long work assignments, and it has truly become my home away from home. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming. After long workdays, it's always a pleasure to return to a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests. The rooms are well-maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always excellent. A special thank you to Aaron at the front desk. Aaron has been nothing short of amazing during my stays. He is always professional, friendly, and eager to help with anything I need. His exceptional customer service and warm personality make a lasting impression and are a big reason I look forward to staying here. It's rare to find a hotel that combines comfort, consistency, and outstanding hospitality so well. I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Vestal to anyone traveling for business or leisure. I look forward to many more stays in the future!

They are really good and their behavior was good

There is no way to dislike anything. Everything is well organized

It was located very close to Binghamton University with lots of places to eat nearby. I like that it wasn’t a hotel where the doors were facing outside as soon as you step out of your room. The room itself in the hotel was very well maintained and up-to-date. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had given by hotel. Having waffles with a blueberry flavor was a very nice surprise. I also enjoyed the vegetable omelette and the maple Italian sausage that was served. I honestly would make this my go to hotel every single time I came to the area if I could. I’m coming back to bring my daughter in August and was very upset to see that they were already booked up so I’ll have to stay someplace else in the area. I’m gonna keep checking though because if they get availability, I definitely will come back to this hotel. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were really cleaned well. There wasn’t a lot of noise from either other guests or the elevator. All in all this really was a really good stay and I can honestly say it was a good value. It was very nice to be able to get to Bloomington University in just a few minutes instead of having to come from Johnson City (which honestly seems to have more rundown properties. Don’t stay there if you can help it)

Again, excellent experience at a Hilton Inn system. Front staff was super helpful accommodating my 1st floor request upon arrival. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, supplied and comfortable. NO BUGS, free breakfast esp. for you early risers (06:30 - 10:30). Breakfast offerings were varied, properly cooked and available.

Overall a solid hotel. The room was very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Most of the family liked the beds in regards to comfort, I thought it was too soft (prefer firmer support). The kids loved the pool. Breakfast offerings for kids was good, needs more fresh options for adults.

TV in bedroom had only a few analog channels, whereas living space had more options...not a smart TV, so no streaming services were accessible. I felt the room could have been cleaner, specifically the bathroom and kitchenette space. Breakfast offerings for adults need fresh offerings vs. premade eggs etc. Needs to upgrade and offer EV car charging, would be convenient.
