Towneplace Suites by Marriott Horsham

Management should remove pictures of pool off website knowing the pool is permanently closed. Breakfast options were very limited. Management should be more specific about sofa bed, was expecting a mattress to be pulled out the sofa but that was not so. However, the overall experience there was good. staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the overall property was clean and inviting. I would return to this facility.

It would have been good to know that the pool was closed.

Check-in was fine. The room was on the first floor, so there was a bit of ants and drain flies. The room was close to the entrance, so there was a bit of cigarette and other smoke smell from the outside. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a decent selection. It was the same each day. It was a good stay considering we needed the double rooms and we brought a pet.

Room had Cheerios on floor and room had no tissues or garbage cans. We put our trash on top of refrigerator.

This was the best place i have stayed at in a while. It was like a tiny home with everything i needed. The people were nice ,it was so peaceful and quite.

Love their shower. I dont like that the deposit takes 20 days to be returned. Work on that

The front staff can be a little better,I really wish they understood English better…Other than that everything else was PERFECT
