Towneplace Suites by Marriott Horsham

We have so far been charged twice to our credit card incorrect higher amounts and 3 times I’ve the bill sent to me. I don’t know what the issue is with the front desk. Will avoid booking thru Expedia henceforth. Terrible checking experience.

I'm on business trip and have to sleep early and wake up at 6 am to leave the hotel and the people at next room was screaming at 4 am wake me up and it made my day hard and bathroom wasn't very clean and had to clean it

We arrived at 8:30 at night with an infant. We were told there would be a porta crib placed in the room. The desk clerk was rude and said no there wasn't a crib. We had to go out at 9:30 at night and buy one!!! Also, there is a parking fee for every day you stay! Not what we expected and desk was no help what so ever. Never stay here!!! Very, very dissapointing.

This was a very comfortable stay.

I thought this place was beat bang for your buck...comfy bed..perfect size kitchen.. But to many hidden charges. I got hit with 20service fee. Then on checkout they made me pay 10 dollars for parking.. i took the 10 dollar charge a little serious because the lack of parking spots and had to walk a good distince to my building.

It’s in good area… staff is ok… cleaning is the least they can do and get by with and seriously needs maintenance and updating… for most part it is quiet and peaceful area… the property in it’s entirety needs MAINTENANCE

Not to far away from anything and didn’t have to fight traffic to get anywhere.
