Love staying with you when we see our goods in Lubbock

The African American lady working up front. She was so rude the moment we walked in! She definitely needs help in her customer service skills

Functional

Elevator out of order, not told until after checked in. Room smelt bad, kitchen sink drain. There was a pepper pot in the cupboard in the kitchen which contained various items and the outside looked mouldy. There was a dead bug on the window sill.

The Staybridge Suites Lubbock University area has many unaddressed maintenance issues. The elevator made load noises and needed repair. In our room, neither TV worked, some lights didn’t work, there was no coffee maker or toilet seat, the sofa bed barely opened, and the room was dark and dingy. The staff was friendly and tried hard, but the property is sorely in need of an upgrade.

Close to TTU.

Very noisy. Could hear traffic and people walking in the halls, next room and upstairs. Beds were uncomfortable. Kept turning. Coffee maker had a napkin with mold. Had not been cleaned for several days/weeks.
