Please note that a reservation of 10 or more rooms is considered a group reservation by the hotel. Please note that, in this case, the hotel will charge 50% of the first night of the stay of each booked room on the credit card as a guarantee, 20 days before check-in. This amount is nonrefundable in case of cancelation. One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One child from 4 to 8 years is charged EUR 20 per person per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, you must provide another credit card or use another method of payment. Please also note that the property will send guests a secure UNICRE link, to proceed with VISA or Mastercard payments. Justo delante de una parada de Metro, en escasos minutos llegábamos al centro de Lisboa. El desayuno exquisito.

Instalaciones de fontaneria obsoletas costaba mucho encontrar la temperatura idónea para la ducha, y los grifos y la cisterna del WC goteaban

"Nice location, varying experience of staff, facilities need a bit of tlc."

It’s not a bad hotel, in a good location. Near San Sebastiáo Metro, great shopping centre and some lovely parks. Some staff on the front desk were great, ( the younger ones) but one older male was very rude - insisting we needed a pool card for towels, which we were never told about or given at check in. The pool was a godsend but very crowded and not enough sun beds for the size of the clientele. Breakfast was ok, but the staff there were so indifferent it was crazy. They only knew two words ‘room number’ even when we tried to interact they were very unfriendly. The room was ok although AC was broken so that we couldn’t change the temperature. All in all, it was ok for the cost of our stay, but could easily have been better with nicer staff engagement and working facilities.
