"Front desk personnel could have been more welcoming."

Great location to Love Field. Decent breakfast.

Front desk personnel had little to no personality. I’m now in Arizona and the entire staff here has gone above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.

Clean, updated, no musty smell. Nice clean lobby and hallways. No dirty stained carpets. It was a great value for what was like a much more upscale experience than Holiday Inn Express.

NOTHING!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! DIRTY!!!!

NOT SAFE AT ALL!! DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN!!! right next to lots of strip clubs so lots of dangerous activity in the parking lots we only stayed a few hours AND GOT OUR TRUCK WINDOW BUSTED AND EVERYTHING STOELEN OUT!!! front desk was very weird about showing us camera footage and showed us very little and were rude . “24 hour” security but nobody was there or saw when our car got broken into. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN. it looks NOTHING LIKE PICTURES and was very old and outdated and not redone like they claim. we had to ask for new bedding because ours has brown stains and burn holes. smells terrible and not clean at all. elevator was scary and we almost got stuck.

Location was good for what I needed.

Ice machine didn’t work, the hot tub was not hot at all. Pool area needed to be cleaned. They had this sent throughout the hotel. It was really strong in the rooms. Lovely smell just to strong.
