Comfortable bed. Good size room.

Breakfast is overpriced. Not even a bottle of water in the mini fridge which was not up to temperature. Washcloths were not offered. No Kleenex.

We didn't have the breakfast or use the facilities or visit the bar as no time, but we had s very comfortable stay, reception staff were fab and I'd definitely stay again.

Only downside was an empty tissue box and not enough toilet roll. Very tiny things and easily sorted.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels. No information in the room about times for breakfast etc. The whole hotel smelt of bleach or possibly chlorine from a pool. As ever, I wish breakfast could be cooked to order for freshness and better quality especially for £19 pp.

Location was excellent. Staff second to none.

Spacious room, beautiful toiletries, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

The lifts were a total nightmare, took ages to get up and down. The stairs were miles out the way aswell. Paying £5 to use the spa was a bit of a joke when the hotel is already expensive
