"Fantastic Hotel close to everything in Cardiff Central"

Fantastic hotel, spotless throughout. Our room was comfortable with everything you might need, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer etc Every single staff member was really friendly, polite and helpful. A huge variety of different options on the Breakfast buffet and everything tasted delicious. Bonus that the hotel is situated in walking distance of everything central to Cardiff, shops, castle etc. We absolutely loved our stay and will not hesitate to book again.

If I had to give feedback on anything it would be the waiting times for the lifts to get to our floor were very long at times. But we noted that the hotel was super busy and it was half term so this is by no means a complaint of any kind

The swimming pool and jacuzzi. Lovely bathroom with shower and bath. William, the restaurant manager, particularly helpful.

Furniture in bedroom too big for space available so moving around bed difficult. Need to have a shelf on wall on outside of each bed.

Room is pitch black and quiet, one of the best sleep I’ve had in awhile

When I went swimming in the morning no one was at the desk I waited 15 minutes till someone showed up, but swimming facilities was perfect

The hotel was amazing, but the experience with booking.com was absolutely terrible. You didn't even send us confirmation or reply to emails. I would use a hotel again but I would definitely not use booking.com again – terrible service.
