"Two day quick stay "

Came in on a red eye. Accommodated me with a room 8 hours before check in. Great stay. Comfortable beds and great service.

Pool and restaurant were excellent. Staff extremely accommodating. Loved their free car service. Ice was very difficult to get, had to have it delivered. No coffee maker in room.

Rooms were a bit tired, rug tape residue where a room carpet once was. Foul smell upon entry of room reported to bellman at time of bag drop off, said he would have it looked into and nothing happened, does to patio rotted to the point it was difficult to close and took two people to manage to lift it into place. Not the experience you’d expect in a hotel at this price.

The courtyard is beautiful. The sleeping rooms are very dated and sparse. The shampoo, soap was cheap. Not what I expected for a Palm Beach hotel. I wish I had booked the Colony or White Elephant bc they were charging the same rate. The hotel employees were very nice but I would not stay there again.

Tropical, tranquil, and very tasteful. The Brazilian Court is a jewel for fine dining at Cafe Boulud and convenient access to bustling Palm Beach. The yacht cruise on the BC One was a wonderful added bonus to our experience.

This is my favourite place to stay in Palm Beach. The service is impeccable and the staff is always polite and welcoming. I have stayed here on two different occasions and the standard has remained faultless. Love love love BC!!!
