The Brazilian Court Hotel

The room was not quiet. You could hear conversations from the adjacent room. It was too close to the street and there was continuous foot traffice outside the room. Room 108A is a terrible location. The water temperature fluctuated drastically. The internet service was weak at best. The game room was missing the game pieces necessary for Backgammon, Scrabble, and Checkers.

Lovely property! They provided us with an upgrade which we didn’t even request. Will definitely consider returning on our next trip to Palm Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. We dined here as well and the food and service is top notch. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to Use the yacht as we had a reservation hopefully next time. The suite we stayed in was relaxing and very comfortable.

This boutique hotels was more than I ever expected. From the moment I arrived until I left, the attention to detail and customer service was over the top. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed, the grounds were beautifully maintained and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced. They have a boat you can schedule to ride and transportation to the Beakers Hotel ( a must see). I would definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel

I have always loved the Brazilian Court and hence hold it to the highest standards. This visit was disappointing. We had no hot water, our sink did not work, there was mildew in the room and the hotel has been re-decorated poorly, heartbreaking. There were no fresh flowers in the vases in the rooms nor on the tables at Thanksgiving dinner…

Excellent service. My experience was first class. The moment I arrived to the moment I left the property. I have been coming to the hotel for the last 15 years and it has never disappointed me. I Highly recommend the stay. The food and accommodations are perfect.

The staff treats me like a king I’ve stayed here numerous times and they all know me and when I checked in yesterday, I booked it through Hotel Tonight and a free upgraded me to a one bedroom suite called the Lauren suite named after Sophia Lauren and it’s just beautiful. It’s a super cute hotel With a lot of history in Palm Beach and you’re within walking distance of the famous worth Avenue for shopping. This is where I stay every time I come to Palm Beach. Amadeus, the manager, has been exceptional. I guarantee this place has been great. The hotel recently acquired a 40 foot Italian yacht and they take guests three times a day for free on a two hour boat ride if you wanna do it.
