The room was nice and comfortable - had plenty of room - but the view was of the parking lot and I would've preferred to be on the other side with a view of the golf course and trees. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is open and airy and clean.

The bed wasn't very comfortable - hard - and I had made a reservation way in advance, but the view I got from my corner room wasn't very nice or peaceful and the noise from the freeway and the ac's on top of the building was pretty loud and consistent. I was able to check in early, but if I would've known it was that room and I could wait for a better view I would've done that.

Bathroom needed up grade shower and toilet old and bathtub stained. Needed a new shower head and new tub also toilet all stained.

Non-Working Jacuzzi is a DEALBREAKER! Although the staff was so nice, accommodating and very professional we had a couple of issues. One, we had a room on the top floor with a view and the windows were filthy. This was all of them, not just our room. Everyone we spoke with agreed the windows must be cleaned. The second problem was the hot tub/jacuzzi. We specifically booked after calling and being told everything was in fine working order. We were in a golf tournament and had lots of family staying here. The jacuzzi never worked and was lukewarm at best. The jets were totally weak or not working at all. My husband is 63 years old, he had golfed all day, and needed that every night - this was a huge disappointment. On a good note, the room itself was very clean. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant/cafe. I think with some updates, better management and repairs this can be a wonderful property.
