The night manager Frank! needs to go back to customer service training. He’s is questionable in that role since he doesn’t even know hotel policies and twisted to make himself seem right during our interactions with him. My group will never return and give this hotel our business because of him. plus hotel needs to seriously clean outside gazebo filthy. replace ping pong table. the room refrigerator dirty. moldy shower. Don’t waste your money here because of Frank and simple cleaning attention that can be done but clearly not!

"Disappointment"

Nothing really

I was very very disappointed with my stay . I don’t think we will be back again. The only people that were the best were the bartender Carlo and the older man that was working breakfast this morning. The front desk was no help at all. We checked in yesterday and to not knowing , we could not get A drink because the bar was closed. Which would not reopen till 4:00 or the restaurant till 5 for food. She did say we could get room service , but we wanted to sit down and eat and drink. Also the gift shop not open. There were no umbrellas at the pool ?? Why ??? . Overall my experience was not good and for 200.00 for the night very disappointing. Not a happy customer at all. Mrs. Macri room 823

Wonderful staff. So friendly. Great bar with a wonderful buzz.

Surprise Marriott keep in the estate. Has not been invested in for about 30 years. Lift button didn’t work, front door was stuck, toilets blocked or closed. A good design but needs attention. Rubbish left in the lift. The location is on 2 great golf courses, but expensive to play and in the middle of nowhere.
