"Worse hotel stay ever!"

We like that our dance competition was located at the hotel. Which is why we stayed there to begin with but wont ever go back.

Rooms had mold behind the refrigerator. And the sink was leaking down into the room below ours. They had 4 elevators 2 of them didnt work. We waited 1.5 hours to go down and back up to the competition. It was absolutely ridiculous. We couldnt use the stairs because the door stay locked on the first floor due to being some type fire hazard. It was a nightmare almost missing my daughter's solo dance. The other thing was our outlet in our bathroom didnt work at all. The outlet in the hall worked on the bottom only. Making me have to do my daughter's hair for her competition sitting on the floor with no mirror. The whole stay was miserable for the money we paid we will never stay there again.

Angel & Carter at the valet are professional, courteous , helpful as soon as we arrived. They are so friendly even the weather doesn’t cooperate with our plan. Keep up the good job! Shout out to them . They rock!!

"Great stay and the staff make all the difference!"

From the front desk to the manager Jay to all the breakfast staff everyone here is friendly and knows how to deliver a great customer experience! The hotel is situated in a wonderful setting for walking and even better if you enjoy golf. Mention you are staying at the Renaissance at Slammer & Squire and you can use their driving range, pitching green and putting green all day for $25. We will definitely be back soon!
