They had the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at.

No greeting from staff when walking in to check in. Actually she didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there until I spoke. Never told us our room number just said it was on the inside of the card holder. Never told us how to get to the room. The bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat was not installed properly and there were rubber things sticking out from under the seat where it attaches to the toilet. The vent was full of dust and needed to be vacuumed. The sink looked like it was eroding with hard water issues. Not impressed with the cleanliness for the amount of money the room cost. The best was comfortable.

I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel during the bad power outage for our family to get power and water since we had neither. Got there and there was no power, so they couldn’t even check us in. Staff at the desk was no help and didn’t offer any solution. Tried to cancel the room through booking.com and they said to email them to get a refund. The hotel never answered my email. So I’m out over $300 for a booking I didn’t even have because we couldn’t stay.

Due to an overnight power outage caused by a storm, the hotel was unable to serve the usual warm breakfast. However, the staff handled the situation graciously and did their best to provide alternative options, which we really appreciated.

Not one to write a review but had too. The bathroom was clean and the food was good and then things got strange. The room was the dustiest I have ever seen at a hotel. Since we were only staying one night I would overlook it. The next morning we saw a large ROACH as we were packing up. I'm glad we keep our belongings high up. I showed the photo to the lady and the front desk and she said that the manager would be in contact with me. Waited a week then I called an left a message for the manager and no call back. Then I called there corporate office and guess what. No call back again. We stayed at Holiday Inn a few times in the past and this was the last time ever. Not sure why these hotels are so dirty and filled with bugs now. Next time we will be staying at the Hampton Inn which has higher standards.

The stay was good, but the pool was closed for maintenance. We booked the room earlier that day as a last minute decision. We chose the hotel partly for the pool, but it didn't list online that it was closed We we're disappointed. Outside of that it was a fine stay.
