Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.The first problem was the front desk try’s to charge us the tax on the room. We had our receipt from TripAdvisor showing we had paid in full for the room, including the tax. The clerk still wanted to collect the tax from us! Had to call TripAdvisor who said we did not need to pay the tax. But apparently our reservation transferred from TripAdvisor to Hopper, and the hotel claims they do not receive the tax money…..🙄 Our room was a little less what we expect from holiday inn. No major problem, except something dark and nasty looking managed to make it to one of our towels! I called the hotel the next day and the manager on duty and the general manager had not been informed of the problems. They did investigate and called me back……unapologetically.

Hotel was decent. Had problem getting room cleaned- didn’t do it til night before we left even though spoke to front desk about this. We had to get towels from front desk twice-was there 4 nights.

Over priced due to football game. Gouging Americans as usual. Laws need to be passed against this. People will eventually get tired of this.

A bit too pricy for the location and condition.

Was in town for a car show this past weekend and absolutely LOVED the option to get a room with drive-up access. Room was clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread with so many options for everyone and friendly staff. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a few restaurants within walking distance.

We had an ok stay. 1st time I used bathroom to pee the toilet clogged. Then not even 24 hours it clogged again. We were then nervous to use bathroom. The room had stains everywhere floors walls bathtub. Couch lounge. Did not feel it was worth the price We paid.

Had to wait till after 5 pm for room to be cleaned to check in. Toilets are extremely outdated, very low to the ground, difficult to use. 1st floor men's guest bathroom clogged and Sat for a very long time before cleared! The Hotel Manager should have had maid staff available due the Hotel was booked. The Toilets should have been upgraded years ago. A Maintenance Person should have been on call. The positives, the staff were friendly although questionably experienced. The breakfast variety was very good.

Our stay was good. Clean room. Nice hot breakfast choices.

Nice hotel, clean and updated. However, we picked the hotel because it was near the airport, and only 33 miles from Dollywood. It was my fault that I didn't realize that 33 miles in the hills was a 1 hour drive on mostly two lane roads. We probably should've stayed at the Holiday Inn in pigeon Forge; it would've saved us a lot of time on the road.
