"The Hotel stay with no stay"

The stay was good except we really didn't stay there through the night. I fell in the bathroom and busted my eyebrow wide open. That being said, we spent the night at Blount Memorial Hospital being seen, then getting stitched up. We did get back in time for the continental Bkfs, and that was good. The room was descent and the staff were all very nice! So, basically, we paid over $200 for bkfs. (We paid extra for our 6lb dog to stay as well, and she ended up staying with family) we did explain this to the man that worked behind the front desk and he said "I'm so sorry that happened to you and don't worry about the washcloth you used on your bloody eye. That was it......

"I would stay again"

The room was clean and comfortable. They didn’t mind that I had my dog with me. Everyone was nice. I only needed the room for one night. But I would’ve happily stayed longer if needed. It was conveniently located.

"Pleasant Stay"

It was a pleasant stay, but the A/C never really cooled the room, and the toilet leaked. I loved the room's configuration, but I wish it were maintained better. And I wish breakfast lasted later into the morning. Especially on Sundays, when sleeping in is a luxury.

"Pleasant Stay"

My family and I had a good experience. The location was perfect and the staff friendly. The room was clean and we had the convenience of parking outside our room. My daughter used the exercise room. The only con was the pool was too cold to get in and enjoy.

I definitely would recommend staying here if you needed some place close to the Knoxville airport. It is a very good and clean hotel with a decent breakfast. The staff made the experience very good.
