Uber in after a cruise. Was hours early for check in. Exceptional check in. Had brand new re done room. It was a quiet peaceful, Friendly stop before going to the airport! Great staff!

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
The lobby and elevator were nasty, it smelled of cigarettes or others. The bathroom inside the room was improved, but the shower looked old and not clean. this is just for emergency stay over.
Super close to the Sanford airport, very convenient. Hotel was nice, would stay there again if I travel out of that airport.

I loved EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. Your team at this location are exceptional. Front Desk, Venessa. WOW WOW, to the new kitchen manager, Heather, The maintenance man, maids service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and they made me, my husband and our oldest son feel like we were/are family ! Whomever does the hiring for this property is brilliant!! I could not have asked for anything better than all we received. This property and people You are now my go to hotel chain!! I am already planning my next 5-night stay. I was/am impressed with the accommodations! I look forward to my next trip in another week and seeing your staff!! Thank you all for everything!!

First the bed was too high for average person, bathroom faucet had hot water unless you turn it all the to the right, shower curtain slide back at the ends, bad design.
