The staff was so friendly and helpful, like making new friends ! Even let us check in early as there was no traffic ! Heather for the shuttle service was very helpful ...everyone was !
There were bugs/fleas in the room. Staff did not address this issue when i brought it to their attention
We checked in and saw roaches on the walls my husband showed desk clerk and he laughed. We left. Ridiculous now we are at another hotel and so we are now out of our money

Everything about this Best Western Plus was amazing! The front desk staff and morning breakfast staff were the best! Always friendly and helpful. Finding this motel was a God send because where we had originally booked a room was horrible!!! We arrived late Monday night/Tuesday morning in the original booking and the place was just NASTY. I called the Best Western Plus and they had as a room by a little after 9:00 AM Tuesday morning! Thank you so much and God Bless you all at the Best Western Plus in Sanford, Florida!!!
The AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Right across from the elevator.
The diner next-door was good, but it closed at two o’clock in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable.

Super déjeuner ! La salle de bain a besoin de “finition” Les 2 robinets ( évier et douche ) ne “tenait qu’à un fil” et était sur le point de tomber.
We had to change our room because the first room smelled sooo bad, must wet moldy smell. Like they had just shampooed the carpet with dirty water and sealed the room. But they did give us a differe t room that had been remodeled. Wood floors and smelled great and was ery clean. I can't speak to their breakfast as our flight was leaving prior to their breakdast was open. The personnel were fantastic and friendly.
