The balcony and the hot water

It was the absolute dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. We were moved from the first room due to finding the bed was covered in hair. The second room wasn't any cleaner. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor and the shower handle came off. The mattress was stained and dirty. It was extremely uncomfortable to stay there. Smell of sewer gas probably from the toilet. The elevator literally had spills on the doors that were never cleaned off during the stay. I will never and I mean never, stay there again.

Staff was very friendly.

Felt that the hotel was very run down. Our bed sheets and pillow cases had stains. Room was very musty smelling. Bathroom had mold in it. On top of everything else, breakfast wasn't even included. Will not be back.
