Great location within walking distance of bars and restaurants

Would have got a rating of 10 but they charged me to park and the staff never notified me that there was a charge for parking.

It was comparative inexpensive to quality ratio.

Shabby premises, smells like smoke, there was no hot water fir half if my stay.

We love the hotel and location.

Half the outlets didn't work. Our patio door was off the track and couldn't get it closed.

Outdated the cleaning list was horrible no bathroom light the indoor pool not clean hair balls everywhere also when I talk to the manager about it on Monday she apologized but only gave me $75 back and I have to get it from booking and they can't find it

The front desk manager Natasia was awful ! My boyfriend and I checked into the Radisson in Cincinnati on Sunday June 7th around 11:00pm , I had called after booking our stay to see if we would be able to do a later check out due to flight times , I spoke to a front desk rep who let us know she could accomate us until 1pm for free or until 4pm for a $50 charge. We agreed to the 1pm and she said she would put a note on our booking but to remind them when we arrived. Upon arrival we spoke to the 3rd shift front desk rep who said that the note had never been put into the system but it wasn’t a problem she would add it and we were good to check out at 1. Keep that in mind we were expecting to check out at 1 so around 11 housekeeping comes. We let them know we had a late check out but for some reason again that wasn’t communicated to them. She was understanding and let us know she would check with the front desk and that 1pm shouldn’t be a problem. During this time we are outside on the balcony with the door fully shut enjoy our morning tea and sunlight. In this 20 minute period of us being outside the front desk manager had come up to speak to us and later told us she was knocking on the door and tried calling us, both of which we didn’t hear due to already being told we had until 1pm by 2 different front desk employees. Once we came inside my boyfriend heard the pounding , opens the door, speaking to the front desk manager. Natasia approached him aggressively with a frustrated attitude raising her voice explaining that she had been trying to contact us. She reacted extremely unprofessional allowing her anger to overtake the calm manager role she should have been demonstrating. She asked us to vacate which we agreed to then 5 minutes later police show up at the door. We would’ve had a calm civil conversation with her to explain the misunderstanding but she resulted to the extreme.
