Very limited cooking supplies. Had to Buy knives and a pan to cook with. Garbage disposal broke and leaked. Not repaired after 3 days. Had to wash dishes in bathroom sink. Poor amenities for Diamond member. I’m moving to another hotel.

I did not receive a room, the only one they had had a door malfunction. Everything else was sold out, I ended up sleeping in the car with the family. We need to be refunded.

Property is run down and very dated. Room was large, one bedroom with a small kitchen, but felt dirty and just gross. A live roach was crawling across the bathroom floor right when we walked in. I have an actual phobia of roaches and asked for a new room. Was told there were none available. We were only staying long enough to sleep and shower before moving on so we had to make do. Didn't sleep all night as I felt like bugs were crawling on me. Never again!
