Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Billerica

Stay was not good at all. We didn’t mind that there was some renovation going on in the hotel hallway etc. What made our stay bad was lack of toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel for 5 days out of our 7 day stay. We went 3 days without towels and had to reuse towels. Now comes the worse part of our stay, our room had a clogged toilet for four days. We called the front desk multiple times and no one came to fix it. It was a gentleman named Josh who said he just returned from vacation who came to fix it just before we left the place. The place has potential but as of now it’s a little shaky on service. See photo

It had dirty dishes, cockroaches, spiders, and the air conditioner did not work well.

Quick check in. Comfortable room in a quiet location. Only critique is that the hotel could use some updating.

AC not working, stuffy.

It had potential to be a nice hotel but there were renovations that were being done but were never finished. We also killed 3 small baby roaches during our stay. Morning breakfast was good and staff was nice.

The air conditioner in the room is very very noisy. The furniture is very old, I stayed for 3 days and there was no cleaning, I think they just took the trash.

Our 3 day stay was terrible with no house keeping, no service what so ever, begged the front desk for TOILET PAPER, the hotel is falling apart and the staff is was incredibly unhelpful.

Very nice with the kitchen and refrigerator options and spacious room and bathroom. Need to have better air condition setup to sleep better.

The customer service was good, but we were in room 100 which wasnt throughly cleaned. There was water bottles and miscellaneous trash from previous tenants, which was disappointing.
