The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel itself is in need of a refresh and our towels were ragged, so points lost in that category. The free breakfast was very good and the staff kept up with the food to ensure everything was hot and available. The hot cinnamon rolls were delicious! Overall, not a bad place for a small town.
It was very dirty dusty, we was 4 nights and they never clean the room , the carpet never was cleaned , sink on the bathroom never was cleaned ,complete bathroom it was never cleaned. Coffe maker it was very dirty, and never it was supplied more coffe .
USThis is a winner. Clean and comfy and SAFE. Breakfast was tasty and the choice selection was good. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. Our room was superior. Two queens and a pull out sofa. Room very large and accommodating. Great night sleep. Only negative was the parking lot was very dark. Stay here for a comfy and quiet visit. You wont be disappointed. .
Bed was hard but not bad. Ice machine hadn't been fixed since my last stay 4 weeks ago. TV guide is very inaccurate. They usually have very few snacks available near reception desk. Breakfast was very good.
USExcellent place to stay in Silver City. We had stayed there a number of years ago, then recently twice in a month. Excellent room, great breakfast that is served at 5:30, which is great for our schedule. The room is clean, and everyone working there is very friendly and pleasant
Only bad part was that I had to change my return to a day earlier and when I checked out at 5:00 PM, the counter person said she had to charge me for the whole night (despite the fact I was only 5 hours into the new 24 hour day and was NOT staying overnight). I asked if there wasn't a way to do a partial day or something and she said no. Then I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't give me one as she couldn't check me out till the next day. Sounds like a lie to me. Sounds like they just wanted their pound of flesh and screw me.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff
OK for a quick overnight while on the road, but not if you plan to stay longer. The floor of the shower was not very clean. The staff members were very pleasant and welcoming.
USThis is an older property that could use a major renovation. Our toilet had some nasty marks in it, and the room was rather dark. That said, it was otherwise well cleaned and comfy. The location is good, and the front desk was super friendly and service minded.
