Hotels.com and Holiday Inn list my reservation. It was a disaster. The Hotels.com frontline rep was supposed to call me back to discuss my refund request to address the mess that was created. No callback. I will be following up with management for a refund, because the reservation was list; Holiday Inn and Hotels.com were not helpful. I was involved with meetings, and found it difficult to get little help. I am elderly and disabled and almost didn’t have a place for the night. A friend offered to put me up. Later, you found my reservation. It was too late by then. I am a silver member and expect a refund if I am to continue booking through Hotels.com.
The main entry way could use a little cleaning, it looked like it needed to be vacuumed not a huge deal, Our bedroom #125 could use a new lock lever.
Best Spot in Silver City!
Room above us was so noisy it went on until midnight. We had to call the front desk twice in order to get any peace so that we could go to sleep.
The water pressure was too strong, it made water spray outside of the shower curtain. The tub did not drain quick enough.
Amazing
Walk in shower but old looking, curtain didn't keep the water in, needed a glass door. Breakfast was good. Mattress comfortable.
