Rooms were barely clean.
Common areas ( elevator included ) not clean. Second day the elevator stopped working. When first getting into the room there was only two mostly used rolls of toilet paper and no tissue paper.
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The suite we had was GREAT. The outdoor pool was large

The Pool and elevator did out of service.
The pool was unswimmable, green with a bunch of junk on the bottom. The kids were very disappointed they couldn't swim. Our sheets were dirty, the elevator was out of service so we had to carry everything up the stairs. The tub was dirty, felt sticky and some of the bottom was flaking off. The price was totally not worth the stay. It should be a lot cheaper for being dirty and needing a renovation.
USThe convenience store in the hotel had maybe 3 drinks . All the shelves were empty. The breakfast Buffett had almost nothing and we were there early. The fridge with yogurt had 2 yogurts. No milk for cereal and no fruit. The hostess apologized for the options without us saying anything. As we left we noted the pool was GREEN!
Loved that there was a microwave and fridge in the room.
