Courtyard by Marriott Canton

When we arrived, we saw a sign that the hot tub was out of order. The lady checking us in, didn’t offer any niceties, seem to care that we were there for our anniversary weekend and the hot tub was one of the many reasons why we booked there. Didn’t even offer two free drink, coupons or anything. Told us that we were getting a free breakfast, even though I paid for that upgrade when I booked the room. We asked for a late check out the next morning, and the lady said no, we couldn’t do that. In years past, there’s always been nice people working who would offer a drink ticket to us, a snack from the little market, always making our trip special. Next year we will book somewhere else.

Hot tub out. No hot water. Pull out couch was not usable. Other than that, adequate. Staff was very nice

Staff was lovely. There was no hot water. The place was almost empty and still no hot water

The place was clean and friendly staff. We were disappointed though that the hot tub was closed and the pool was cold. We were hopeing for a warm up on a cold night. Since there wasnt many guest that night we had to run the water for a good long time before it actually got hot to take a shower but after it got hot there was plenty of hot water. Overall was a good stay and will consider it again when i stay in that area

We were in town for our wedding. The staff helped us set up an area for our meet and greet which was great. Diane at the front desk is the most kind and helpful person! Overall, our stay was wonderful!

On my last day I had gotten my credit card information and money stolen by someone on the hotel phone, that pretended to be the front desk.

Hot tub
