Great help from the staff

Stains on carpet,

Used the hot tub before we hit the road the next morning. Highly recommend

I didn’t like the house keeping service also no breakfast except paying through the Bristo. Which even then food wasn’t cooked fresh for the price it’s not worth it.

The property was very clean and well laid out. There were numerous amenities and my family made use of several of them. Also, we had a first floor room and the exterior noise levels were lower than expected and I appreciated that.

No complaints.

It was okay.

Our room had physical damage to the ceiling and bathroom floor and sink area. Heard everything going on in adjoining rooms and hallways. Basically in need of a renovation. Not up to the standards we expect from a Courtyard.

Didn’t have rooms ready for check in. Towel hangers in the bathroom fell off by merely pulling in the towel. Place is barely put together and understaffed. For the price you don’t get the value you purchase. Plenty other hotels in the area I’ll prefer next trip. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was kind and accommodating and overall the room was clean and comfortable. The hallways, pool area and main lobby showed signs of being a little neglected and being in need of refurbishing. Some of these areas just looked a bit run down and in need of some greater attention. Overall, the experience was okay, but just expect more from a Marriott Hotel.
