Great stay

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the TV streamed my favorite service. It was convenient to my daily activity, and it was nice to be able to grab a nightcap in the lobby bar. The bartender was new and was working alone, but she was resourceful in meeting requests of guests. The hotel was quiet, and I was not disturbed by any activity outside my room.

The hotel was understaffed, and the afternoon/night clerk prioritized other duties over guests. There is a lot of visible damage and neglected maintenance. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off, and the ceiling had cracks and visible water damage. There was even water damage to wall art, which was left hanging on the wall.There was no ice machine on my floor. I had to go to the ground floor for ice. Ceiling tiles in the hallway were ajar, and water damage was visible. Staff allowed guests with dogs to sit in the lobby with them barking (multiple dogs, same guest). One person didn't show up for work, so the restaurant was unavailable. For what is charged, I feel justified in expecting better service and facilities.

The stay was okay overall. Nice hotel close to the hall of fame. I thought it would be a bit more modern on the inside but the room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was also good.

The front door had a big chip by the lock. The dust by the refrigerator was really thick. The refrigerator didn’t work. I was here for a friend of mine who was dying. I think the lady on who worked the front desk on Friday night could’ve live in a little bit. It seemed I was imposing on her for towels because I never asked for service the entire time I was

It was fine for what we needed

The front desk attendant was excellent. She was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. She assured us our room was very nice considering it was our anniversary and she gave excellent restaurant suggestions.

Their Event coordinator Alaina is awful and impossible to get in contact with. She ignores calls, voicemails, and emails! It doesn’t matter how many times YOU reach out and try to give them your business.SHE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL or even have the decency to entertain you. We have been trying to get in contact with someone from the hotel for months! We wanted to book a room block for 30+ rooms and rent out one of their conference rooms for 5 days. Apparently that’s not enough business for them to have the decency to return a phone call.

We enjoyed our trip and visit at the pro hall of fame, and the hotel was amazing

Hotel wasn’t clean ! No rooms when checking in ! Shower was broken will not stay here again !
