"Excellent"

Was a pleasant 4-night stay. Great staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. There is remodeling going on in the main entrance, but this did not affect our stay in any way. It's close to shopping. It's also a short drive to Kent for any parents who are planning to visit students or attending grad ceremonies. Would definitely stay here again.

hotel was in the process of being renovated so ofcourse it had a smell but nothing that would be bothersome. our room was one of the updated ones which I was happy about. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area is definitely in need of an upgrade but i know there are in the process of doing so eventually. However, no complaints. Breakfast had good options as well.

A few of the machines for items were out of service so that was unfortunate.

I tried to get a receipt. They told me since I booked with a 3rd party they could not give me a receipt. I have booked with you guys many time & never had that happen.

"Not a great experience."

It was fine

The site was under massive renovation. There was dust and workmen everywhere, you had to be careful not trip in the entrance. This carried into the room on the carpet. It was noisy due to tools used. We were to stay 3 nights, but stayed one and switched to a neighboring hotel. The staff was good, they understood our concerns and charged us for the one night and cancelled the rest of the reservation with no penalty, we paid at the hotel. I would not have booked there if I had known this was the situation. After their Reno is completed it may be a nice place to stay, but not now.

Our room was very clean -my biggest requirement. Very convenient for our stay purpose. Remodeling going on in reception but understood necessity. It never interfered.

"Not A Bad Stay"

The hotel was quite noisy for my taste but that may have been because there was a bus load of teens staying there. The lobby and some of the rooms in one wing was under renovation. The room I was in was renovated and it was very nice.
