Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia-Fort Washington

Faucet in the tub dripped and the water went down the drain slowly. Coffee maker in the room was broken.

Front desk staff very helpful

I rated this as an overall "terrible" experience due to the fact that upon arriving in my room, I pulled down the covers to find that while the bed had been made, the sheets had NOT been changed out! The sheets were wrinkled from a body having slept on them and they were covered with hair and lint! I was so grossed out! I called the front desk asking for new sheets but they took so long to get them to me that I actually went to them and asked for another room. They were able to accommodate me but I felt dirty the entire time I was there.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn multiple times, I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone is welcoming, helpful and so nice. It makes your stay so much more enjoyable

What is the worst thing in my life for experience workers that was their use such worst language that I never heard in all my life embarrassing you Melanated heard use perverted language in front of other people to me personally

Property is very clean and easy to access. Room is quiet and comfortable.
