The staff where very nice .

I stayed 4 days. And 2 days they never clean my room or made the bed . No towels. And never emptied the trash. I had to go downstairs to the main office to get towels for my room for two days.

"Look for a different hotel, pay more for a better stay."

The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the front desk gal Deneesha. She was always attentive, helped with the issues of the room.

The phone didn’t work, broken coffee machine, lobby coffee maker had no regular coffee, nor was is fixed during my stay. However, the biggest issue with this hotel was a charge for leaving a day early of my 4 night stay, $55.00, plus taxes. Hotel guests need to be aware if your plans change, after check in, there’s a penalty. Additionally, the hotel advertised Netflix and HULU, but in fact, it is not available.
