Need to provide more meat for those that don’t eat pork but all and all the breakfast was ok

The housekeeping needs to do better at making sure all the linen on the beds is clean and whatever they use to clean the rooms with is very strong it bothered my sinus they should use something less strength

Nees tlc my room smelt really bad like water

Room was clean and neat. The shower was kind of dirty.

Pretty straight forward

We stayed 3 nights. After the first night we left to see our family, when we came back we thought our room would have been straightened up, fresh towels, etc.. but it was not. We then started to look for something that showed they don't clean the rooms when u stay. Well.. it shoed on a regular piece of paper, if you stay 3 nights, on the 3rd night they will exchange the towels, and clean the room. And if you need fresh towels before then, you will have to call down to the front desk... i felt like this was an inconvenience to us. And they should at LEAST swap.oit towels when you are staying. We spend a lot of money to stay, we like to get a little pampered.. the employees were nice and the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly.

It was very dark from the moment we entered the building - poor lighting. Bathroom was terrible - mold around tub, lights were not working, poor water pressure, stained tiles and they were coming apart. Toilet was stained and the seat looked yellow. Bathroom ceiling showed leak stains and peeling. Iron didn't work. Breakfast was terrible - fake eggs, coffee thick like syrup. There was no variety with breakfast just fake eggs, sausage, and waffles. Washcloths and pillowcases looked stained yellow. Carpet was dirty and smelled. So thecwhole room smelled. Elevator look like outdated and it was going to break down. Whole in whole white thermostat was suppose to be.
