"June Trip"

Everything except the carpet in our room! Loved the Tiki Bar & Beach access & courtyard. Restraunt was nice! Girls liked the citrus water! Soft water, great pressure!

Issue with bathroom door not closing properly, very sandy carpet(ditch that carpet!)

Quiet location. Parking was free and convenient. Restaurant had an enjoyable breakfast. Very nice gift shop. Facilities had a relaxed atmosphere.

Has to leave to go home.

"Great location, some great staff holding it together"

Great location with the beach just steps from the hotel and front desk staff were fantastic, especially Carlos. Just about whatever we needed in the room they responded to very quickly. Our remote didn't work in the room and they had someone there in 5 minutes with a brand new remote. We needed extra blankets and again they had someone there in 5 minutes with extra blankets. The room didn't have enough towels and again in less than 5 minutes they had more towels for us.

The cleaning lady on the second day was unapologetically annoyed at having to do anything in our room and showed us the long list of rooms that she had to clean all by herself, or so she claimed. Instead of servicing our room. She just told us to grab whatever towels or anything else we needed from her car, which is definitely a first for me at a hotel. I asked her if she could at least make the beds and she just sighed and asked if it could wait until tomorrow. Also, the room had some sort of damage to the floor underneath the carpet and my wife kept twisting her ankle coming around the bed so I just threw a folded towel in that spot but they should probably fill that in with something before someone gets hurt. The room overall was dated but clean and given the location I think it was more than enough at this price point.

"Restful and quite."

Fantastic beach. Clean and not crowded. The Resturant was very nice a d the staff was great.

Bathroom was cramped and the flooring could use an upgrade.
