The location was fantastic. The beach was beautiful and very accessible. Short drive to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

The lady who checked us in was not polite at all, she made us feel “dumb” for asking questions although it was our first time in St. Augustine and our first time at Guy Harvey. The day shift employees at the desk were also very short when spoken to and almost snobby.

Location, proximity to beach. Pool was nice. Was permitted access to room prior to 4:00 check-in. Also asked for a late check-out, which was granted, although we left at 11:00.

Comfortable room and bed, very nice balcony with ocean view. Incl microwave and small fridge. Nice pool with a short walk to the beach. Excellent beach, very wide. Cars are allowed there, not very many while we were there. Very responsive staff who resolved a booking issue. Allowed dogs, a family member had a dog in their room. Pet fee and deposit required. Restaurant in premises with varied menu. Kind staff.
