Guy Harvey Resort on Saint Augustine Beach

I like the easy access to the beach, pool and restaurant. The pool was nice and refreshing and the restaurant was very good

I think he was a little, but overall, it was a good stay

It was in a great location

No hot tub

Great location, very clean with an excellent and cheerful staff. It is an older hotel with slower elevators etc and lacks some of the modern features of a new hotel. But I love this hotel and will stay there when ever I visit St Augustine.

The pool and the room

The extra charge for parking. It says on their website parking is free. Only one car is free. If you have 4 adults in the room you have to pay for the extra car. Our extra couple did not show but if they had we would have had to pay for them to park.

I liked having a restaurant at the hotel. The employees of the restaurant were very friendly.

The carpets were outdated. There were dogs barking unattended in rooms. They should offer beach chairs to customers for free.

the room was very humid and cold and smelly, while outside, on balcony, it was 80F with pleasant breeze. how can it be possible? the swimming pool was overcrowded with children and parents that clearly are not guests of this hotel. in 8ft dept a father approached 4 years old kid :move to other part because you don't know how to swim. ' Kid replied: 'its ok dad-I'll be hanging on edge here. father said ok and left....the laundry room and hallways and specially elevators need renovation-they smell so.
