"Good"

The hotel was outdated. The blankets were cleaned, but stained. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The carpet and decor looked like it was from the 70s. The staff was friendly, but the place was dated and while clean on the surface felt in need of a good deep clean.

"Do not stay here. "

Everything in traverse city was booked so this was our only option, and I wish we would have just slept in the car. Bedding was stained, shower was tiny, walls were dirty,Everything was dirty. Terrible smell through out the lobby/hall/rooms. At night it did not feel safe, suspicions people hanging around outside.

"It was a place to sleep"

The first room had dirty towels in it and overall had a not so clean feel. The second room was cleaner but had serious water damage in the ceiling and wall in the shower. I’ve stayed at much nicer places for the same price.

"It's Ok"

Friendly personnel. Rooms clean. We went up to see fire works at Torch Lake and stayed an extra day. We chose this location because it was a central point to all we wanted to do. Food and gas are right there.

"STAY AWAY AND AVOID THE HEADACHE"

The motel puts unauthorized charges on your credit card after check out. When you dispute the charge, they invade your privacy by identifying your employer and contacting them claiming accusations against you and trying to defame you! Believe it or not, this has actually happened. Now, obviously they do not gain anything by such unprofessional acts. But you can simply stay away and avoid the headache. About the stay: everything in the rooms are old, the shower room is too small, the beds are uncomfortable. Also, in this post-covid era the manager and the staff do not wear masks and do not require the guests to wear masks in the common area. The manager even made fun of us for taking precautions, very rude and unprofessional, stay away at all costs!

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL"

PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Inn. They will threaten you to pay for cleaning otherwise they will call and ask your employer to escalate this if you do not pay. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. They are super unprofessional. We were here for two nights. When we checked out after a day one of the owners called us and asked us to pay more for cleaning. We said that it is your job and rule to sanitize and clean the full room after each guest left due to COVID-19. When we checked-in we sanitize the room with our Lysol to make sure our stay is safe. We also did not ask for any room-cleaner during our stay as we did not want anyone to enter our room and break the sanitizing thing we did. After we checked out the owner threatened us that we have to pay them to clean the room again for the next guest otherwise they will call the employee to escalate this and ask for the cleaning. THIS IS SO UNBELIEVABLE and unprofessional. We have been traveling a lot and have not seen such a thing.  Please stay away from them.
