Booking issues knobs missing off doors to the closets fan was not working properly very loud noise all nite and not cold. The toilet was plugged up when tried to flush it.

"Last minute hotel reservation"

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The shuttle service from/to the Detroit airport was excellent. The hotel is located very close to the airport. The hotel has a friendly environment which was important to me as I was traveling with my daughter. I would book a room in this hotel again.

It was very close to airport if that’s needed and the bed was comfortable. However it was run down and not well maintained. Our bathroom had no shower curtain in it and the bathroom door was all chewed up from either a pet possibly or water damage. The furniture was all stained and the floor was dirty. As breakfast was part of cost of the room they could only do coffee, cold items and warmed up cinnamon rolls. Apparently the hot food ie: eggs, meat ect. Was not working to prepare the food. The staff was accommodating.

Half of the breakfast equipment wasn’t working. The garbage was overflowing. The customer service at the front desk was lacking. There was a number of disturbing smells throughout the place.. bummer stay. We got the feeling that most of the staff was unhappy to be working there.
